- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item to ensure that you meet the requirements for return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to include this number and the reasons for return or exchange.
- Items returned must not have been worn, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
